We decided to take our 3 months old for his first vacay at St. Regis, Mumbai. We were full of enthusiasm, moreover the whole team at St. Regis took so good care of us. We didn't face any difficulties throughout our stay at all. All thanks to the St. Regis team, as all of them were exceptionally courteous. A special thanks to Manisha as she was very helpful right from our pre-arrival, to arranging beautiful personalized decoration in our room. She also made sure that we didn't have to wait for our room at arrival, since we had our little one. She even gave us ample of extra time for check-out knowing we will need it to wrap our things. Also, thanks to Tenzek from Front Desk as she completed all our arrival formalities in our room. When we arrived, Amisha was the 1st person whom we met and she was extremely welcoming and helpful. Even during our departure she assisted us flawlessly. Our baby was very happy with her being around. I would also like to specially mention Chef Sumeet at Seven Kitchens, as he took absolute care of our food likings. He went out of the way to offer some unique starters for us. During all our meals at Seven Kitchens he made sure that we didn't have to get up every time for getting our food from the buffet. Absolutely exceptional service which I highly appreciate. Food at Seven Kitchens was unquestionably sumptuous. The outstanding service team at Seven Kitchens to name were Rushikesh, Raj, Vivek, Sanket, Prathamesh and Aarya, who were always on toes to get us anything and everything that we needed. The room was fantastic and very spacious with breathtaking views of Mumbai skyline and Worli sea face. It was decorated beautifully by Vithal and his associate from Housekeeping team which was phenomenal. Laxman from the Housekeeping team was also also very helpful. We also ordered In-room dining, when Dhruv & Chaitanya served us very well. Last but not the least, Rahul from Bell Desk was attentive and made our departure smooth by assisting us with our luggage. I would also like to mention, the security staff at main entrance, as they were so helpful with our child being around. I really couldn't expect anymore during our stay at St. Regis Mumbai. Just have one word "Exquisite"

The embiance was indeed relaxing . The bed, couch, sofa, was very comfortable. The glass wall of the room was making the sea view enjoyable.The maintenance and cleaning unit made our stay super clean and more than our expectations. The fragrance in the room was an addition. Hoping to visit soon.

It’s like a beautiful dream staying at St Regis. We happened to visit Sette Mara and Mr Aditya and Paricheher suggested the best dishes that made us drool. Chef Ahmed prepared the best Lamb Maqlouba we ever had..soft tender, juicy , fresh Lamb shank! F&B Manager Mr Rohan Rege was very amiable & took feedback. Guess the staff from every dept. is hand picked from d best in this industry. Location - certainly The best address ! Equus is magnificiently done , with Royal architecture having spectacular views of the Arabian Sea. Rooms are very clean and mattress is very cozy & comfortable. If you want to splurge on premium luxory and total value for what you spend, St Regis is the place to be at !

Me & my wife were at St. Regis Mumbai for my 32nd Birthday and it was the best experience of my life. Ms. Heena facilitated us with all the booking, reservation and making our stay as memorable as possible. She is so exceptional at her job that she made sure that our whole experience was special, splendid & overwhelming all at the same time.
